The program is expected to include Caroline Shaw’s and the swallow and How to fold the wind, Veljo Tormis’s Curse Upon Iron and Litany to Thunder, Ralph Vaughan William’s Three Shakespeare Songs and Silence and Music as well as works by Julia Wolfe, John Tavener, and Matthew Recio.

Handel's Messiah

Bella Voce’s acclaimed presentation of  Handel’s Messiah returns in November. Conducted by Artistic Director Andrew Lewis, a chamber chorus and step-forth soloists join the period-instrument Bella Voce Sinfonia for an unabridged performance of Handel’s beloved masterpiece. Don’t miss Bella Voce’s one-night-only performance of Handel’s Messiah in Evanston.

The concert will last approximately 3 hours, including a 20-minute intermission.

Bella Voce's Polyphony Camp 2027

Bella Voce’s Polyphony Camp, an interactive and immersive choral experience, returns! Participants will learn the ins-and-outs of singing polyphony in sessions led by Artistic Director Andrew Lewis. The weekend concludes with a free performance for friends and family.

All skill levels welcome—no prior singing experience necessary!
